Good-bye Berlin

You’ll notice the posts have waned in the last few days….that’s because I’m winding down here in Berlin. The last jobs have been completed, and I’m now in packing and saying good-bye mode. This trip has been ah-mazing and I can’t believe how the time has flown.  I gave myself the task of shooting and blogging something everyday, and that has been the best thing for me and my practice. It gave a focus to the trip and sharpened my eye in ways I didn’t expect. I love this city, and the culture and being in Europe, it all gives so much. I would highly recommend doing a trip like this to anyone, creatives in particular. My next days will be spent in Split, in Croatia, then I’ll be in London. So if you don’t hear from me for a while, you’ll know why.

Thank you Berlin!!!!! It’s been amazing and I feel good to go. Melbourne, here I come.

Dear Beth!
As you know, I’ve been enjoying your “My Berlin” stories and photos a lot. So I feel kind of sad you’re leaving, but I am hoping for some cool, Melbourne stuff in the future.
And btw – Split is a BEAUTIFUL city. And Croatia in general is great. You have to check out some small, nearby villages. If you get the chance, head south to Makarska Riviera! So worth it. The mountains get higher there and the view from the higway… Oh, incredible! Steep slopes merging with perfectly blue water…

All the best!

Hi Sara, from Canberra! thank you so much for the advice on Split – it was as you said, beautiful, loved it. Berlin was great, and I’m so glad you enjoyed reading all the posts. Maybe you’ll get to live there yourself one day soon. keep in touch, keep reading and keep inspired! love, B
