Bottling Memories closes soon [photography exhibition canberra]

Bottling Memories Last Days – Closes 31 August 2010

Thank you to you if came along over the last month to my exhibition at Mount Majura Vineyard.  I’ve met some awesome people, and had many insightful chats about my photography.  Most people have been really open and interested in the images, and gained a deeper understanding about my photography approach…so I’m happy – mission accomplished!  Yes, they’re not just photos, they’re my photographs and they’re my art and I’ve loved every minute of sharing it with everyone. Every time I have gone there to meet and greet, as it were, I’ve taken a look around the space and thought ‘yep, it’s modest, but it’s all me, and it’s all mine’. I’m very proud of my work, and see this exhibition as the launching pad for what’s to come on a big scale in the years ahead.

Photographic Print Prize

Framing for the photographic print prize has been sponsored by The Framing Store. The glass vase is stuffed with entries, which is really cool! Seems people have enjoyed the opportunity to offer some feedback. I’d love to hear your comments, so come along, and place your entry for your chance to win!

Something to Take Home

You can take away a card, (5% of sales goes to Autism Aspergers ACT), buy a print framed or unframed, pick up a flier on Conquering the Camera or learn about having your own family story photography experience.

Father’s Day Family Photography Special Offer

On site I’ve got a Father’s Day family photography special offer running: Receive your customised family photo session and $50 credit towards prints, normally valued at $175…for just $99…but you must come to the vineyard to access it! (cheeky aren’t I?…)

Hope to see you there – either tonight 5.30-7pm, or at 12.30pm both days over this weekend…it’s kiddie friendly by the way…
